I didn't get the chance to know Joe as well as I would have liked , but we did cross paths now and then.....always with a smile and a handshake between us. He was a good man from my view and what a tragedy to loose yet another fellow bike lover. RIP BROTHER!

Joe was such a sweet guy. I called him Sweet Tea, because he found out I could make it like he liked it, and I would bring him a gallon now and again. We had great talks and he always had a smile on his face. We were 'concert buddies' and just last August he text me (which he hated) and asked if we were going to any at the Iowa State Fair, and when I told him I'd moved back to Tennessee, he said he never had a friend in Tennessee and he'd be down to visit. God bless you Joe and my heartfelt prayers for his entire family. He was so loved, and will be greatly missed.

Joe, I met you the same day I met Greg and we've had many long talks over the last years 35 years. Thank you for being a good friend to Greg and for giving me my other boy, My best ever fur-baby Casper. I remember he tried to follow you out the driveway that last time you visited.
