Ramona I. Money, 61, passed away at her home Saturday, October 8, 2016. She was born March 1st, 1955 in Des Moines, Iowa to Willard and Gitta Bushbaum. She lived most of her adult life in Winterset, where she raised her family.

Ramona is survived by her son, Johnny Money, her granddaughters, Jessica and Halie Money, her grandson, Ethan Money, her sister, Vicki (Joe) Kalvig, her brothers Will (Jennifer) Bushbaum, and Randy (Colleen) Bushbaum, and many members of her extended family and friends.

Mona enjoyed spending time with her family, volunteered for AmeriCorp, and was known for collecting angels, cookie jars and jewelry.

She is preceded in death by her father, mother and daughter, Mindy Marcum.

A graveside service will be held at Masonic Cemetery at 1550 48th St. in Des Moines, where she will be buried alongside her daughter, on Tuesday Oct. 18th at 1:30 p.m. in which friends and family are welcomed to attend. Family members are invited to a gathering (location to be announced later) following the service.

Memorial contributions may be directed to Will Bushbaum in loving memory of Mona.
