Thomas M. Grim

Thomas M. Grim, 44, died October 5, 2016 due to neck and head injuries sustained from a fall from a ladder at a job site. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m., Monday, October 10 at Hamilton’s near Highland Memory Gardens, 121 NW 60th Ave, Des Moines. The family will greet friends from 12:00 to 2:00 p.m., before service time.

Thomas was born in Des Moines, Iowa on December 28, 1971 to Fred and Marlene Grim. He loved his family, traveling, camping, fishing, and spending time with his many friends.

He will be missed by his parents, Fred and Marlene; his brother, Tim (Cindy); his beloved wife, Shawna; his sons, Jake and Bode; his daughters, Sierra and Sydney; and his niece Emily and nephew Evan. Thomas was preceded in death by his beloved grandparents, John and Arlene Randolph.

Memorial contributions may be directed to the family to decide a memorial in Tom’s name at a later time.
