Hi my name is Jennifer Schnell. I have an 8 year old by the name of Connor Schnell and he was curious to do a search to see if anyone else had the same name. We were so excited to come across your son and so sad to hear about his passing. I felt compelled to write to you when we also learned that your Connor and I shared the same birthday.
You are honoring Connor's life with your charity and helping others who need it. God bless

"A butterfly lights beside us
like a sunbeam,
And for a brief moment it's glory
and beauty belong to our world.
But then it flies on again,
and though we wish
it could have stayed,
we feel so blessed to have seen it."
May God wrap his arms around you and hold you close in the days
ahead.

Watching Connor grow from such a tiny boy into a fine young man is a blessing no one can take from your memories. I will always remember Farm Day 2007, watching him throw the football. My prayers will be with you always as you travel on your journey of life without Connor. He will always be in your heart and also with the ones who loved him. He will be the angels among us.
With deepest sympathy, Marcella Greco

Jeff & Sherie,
My heart goes out to both of you for the loss you are feeling. Although we can't make sense of what's happened, faith tells us that God's time is right. I pray that you find comfort and peace from the blessing Connor brought to your lives, and the blessing you were to his. I know he was a beautiful, loved child. That shows in his eyes in his picture. Find peace and comfort in the truth that he has made his journey and is in the best hands. Let God heal your hearts with His promise that you will hold Connor in your arms again in heaven. Jeff, take care of Sherie. Let us take care of you. God be with you.

Dear Jeff and Sheri,
I was very saddened to hear of your loss. You and your family are all in our thoughts and prayers. It is so hard to understand why God takes children, but then again, He only takes the VERY best. May you be comforted by all the happy memories you have with your precious son and know that Jesus is with you through this very difficult time of your lives. Remember Connor not by the tragicness of his death, but by the eight incredible years you had together. Nothing can ever take that away.
Love,
Amy (Bergmann) Hurley

Dear Mr. and Mrs. Schnell,
Our family is heartbroken for your loss. We pray for God to give you strength and peace. Our daughter, Bridget (6), knows Connor from daycare. She said "he is the best on the jungle gym. He can skip 2 bars." Let Connor's strength carry you through this time of sorrow. I remember Connor around the fields and he always had a beautiful smile. May God Bless your entire family and our community at your loss.
With deepest sympathy and continued prayer.
