I met Brandon at J Robinson wrestling camp in 2002. I still remember him to this day, which is how I found out about his passing. I wish we had facebook back then because i would have kept in contact, especially with him being in the New England area. Brandon was a BEAST. No one worked harder than him. To read that he even lost a match is a shock to me. He ran 15 miles in a 1 hour 20 minutes. An incredible person, on and off the mat. Thanks for the memories. I will continue to remember you for your incredible talent.

Brandon was my very first childhood friend and was devastated to hear of his passing this last week. Constant memories came flooding in of us causing trouble in our neighborhood and having the most fun possible. We'd fallen out of touch due to different life paths and it makes me sad that I didn't do a better job to keep in touch. Brandon was a strong (literally. every time he tried to teach me wrestling moves I'd end up in immediate pain.), kind, loyal, and generous person. I'll always remember the great times we had together. I'm so sorry to Bernie, Twyla, Brent and Hannah. My thoughts are with you in this tough time. Rest in peace Brandon.

Bernie, Twyla, Brent, Hannah and families, I was so sad to hear about Brandon. I'm very glad I got to know him through the years. I always enjoyed talking to him and watching him wrestle. He was a talented athlete but even more, he was a kind and hard working young man. He enjoyed a lot of success through wrestling but he remained humble, respectful and down to earth. I loved his competitiveness and his passion but most of all I loved his smile. He lit the room up when he smiled. I will miss Brandon, but I will not forget him. My thoughts and prayers go out to all of you. I hope your wonderful memories and love for Brandon will help you through this difficult time. Thinking of you all, Glen

Bernie, Twyla, and family,
I am so sorry to hear Brandon passed away. I informed Timothy Dauterive (my son) he is in the field with the Marines right now and cannot send a message. He asked me to let you know He loves both of you. Both of You were an inspiration in Timothy's life. A young son, taken way too soon. Love to you and your family in this time of tragedy, and heavy hearts. May God hold you and your family close and know that Brandon is in His arms.
