I always enjoyed my conversations with Darryl. He was calm, cool, collected and quite measured in his questions and responses. Certainly, I respected that and his subtle humor.

DJ was a good boss and a good friend. I last ran into him at the credit union and we chatted for quite a while--JD retirees don't always keep in good touch! I will miss his big smile. I'm making a donation to the Food Bank and Animal Rescue in DJ's name. So sorry for your loss.

Kelly, Kari and families,
I am very sorry to hear of Uncle Daryls recent passing. You all are in my thoughts. Memories fade a bit as time passes for some and I am included. Understanding that I moved from Polk City so long ago,,,, mine however are very clear of a time when all my Aunts and Uncles were young vibrant people. I so remember holiday get togethers. Your dad and mom left an indelible print on my life. I have and will continue to think of them often.
