My thoughts and prayers go out to Frank's family. I have known Frank and his children for 27 plus years. He was always such a happy, kind man. I had the pleasure of working with him in the legal field before he retired. I know how close he was to all his children, and what an integral part he was of their lives. I pray you find peace and healing in the following weeks and months. If we can help any of you in any way, I hope you will let us know. Rest in peace, Mr. Payne!

My sincere condolences to the family. I know you will miss him. Frank was quite a character! We always had a great time when he would visit Larry and me in Kansas City. I loved his stories and so funny jokes. Frank was a great help after Larry died. God bless you Frank. Say hello to Larry for me!

We were saddened to hear the loss of your father. We will hold you and your family in our hearts and prayers. We Love you very much and will help carry your burden in any way we can. We know heaven has another angel of great importance his reflection will shine through you and your family. As God states there is a time for everything. For everything there is a season, and a time for every matter under heaven: a time to be born, and a time to die; a time to plant, and a time to pluck up what is planted; a time to kill, and a time to heal; a time to break down, and a time to build up
With all our love Mary Ann, Cliff, Anthony, and the girls.
