Grover Mundy

Grover “Bill” Mundy, passed away Friday, November, 16, 2007, at Broadlawns Medical Center in Des Moines. Bill was an owner of AAA Pest Control until his retirement in 2000. He loved golfing, boating and football and spending time with his many family and friends.
He is survived by his wife, Dixie; sons, Rod (Kim), Rick, and Rex (Tammy); daughters, Jodie (Herb) Wright and Paula (Ivahn) Dee; brothers, Robin (Cindy) Steele, Don (Sheri) Steele; grandchildren, great grandchildren, as well as many nieces and nephews. Bill is preceded in death by his first wife, Patricia “Swifty”; father, Grover “Bus” Mundy; mother, Myrtle Steele, and stepfather, Bill Steele.
Memorial services will be held 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, November 20, 2007 at Hamilton’s near Highland Memory Gardens, 121 NW 60th Ave., Des Moines, with cremation prior to service. A small gathering of family and friends will be held 6-8 p.m. Monday, November 19, 2007 at 470 NE 54th Ave., Des Moines.
Memorial Contributions may be made to the family in Bill’s loving memory.
He will be greatly missed.
