I'm so sorry to hear of Mike's passing. He was the first person I met at Holman Junior High, and he showed me how to get around my first few days there. I wish I knew we lived so close [Ankeny].

To Mike's family especially his children. I went to school with your Dad starting in elementary school (Bridgeton Grade School) all the way through high school. I want you to know what a sweet kid he was. He possessed a quiet strength and goodness that became more apparent as he grew into adulthood. You have much to be proud of. He was a sweet and kind classmate. I'm sorry for your loss and wish you the best.

I'm so sorry to hear of Mike's death. He was a neighbor of mine and a classmate in high school. We rode the same bus to school. He was always friendly and cheerful and I enjoyed riding that bus with him.
May he rest in peace!!.

I thank God that we got to be with Mike and Bev and Tim in Chesapeake a few days before God called him home. I'm praying for you, Bev and thinking of you, Tim and Krystal. May God help you weather the storm of sorrow that has broken over you and soon send you fair winds and following seas.

I am so sorry to learn of Mike's passing. He was such a great Boy Scout leader to my sons, so encouraging to them to stick with it and earn their Eagle rank. I'll never forget the wild time they had navigating through the floods of 1993 to arrive home from Camp Mitigwa that summer. Great memories. May he rest in peace.

I'm so sorry to learn of Mike passing away. I also served with Mike in the Navy and Naval Resreves and have known him for many years. He was a great guy and a good friend. A true leader that helped shape my Naval career. He was dedicated and a top notch sailor as well as a great man.
My deepest sympathy to his wife and family. Mike, you will be truly missed. Heaven has just gained a new sailor and good man. May we meet again someday, Chief.

I was saddened to hear of Mike's passing. I served in the Navy/Naval Reserve with Mike and have known him for many many years. A very caring individual who loved life and his family and one of the best Chief Petty Officer's that I ever served with.
To Beverly and the family, my deepest sympathy.
Chief Harcourt, I salute you and wish you "Fair Winds and Following Seas." Rest peacefully my friend, your watch is over. I hope to see you someday in Fiddler's Green!

My dad was an exceptional man, husband to our mother and a irreplacible role-model. Words can never describe the impact he had on many peoples lives...and always will. I love you dad.
