I was saddened today to read of Pat's passing. I remember him best from our time at EMC. There was work, but there was a lot of laughter and brain teasers. I enjoyed his sense of humor so very much. I also remember his love of and pride in his family. Although we didn't stay in touch over the years, the thought of not running into him at some point saddens me. My thoughts and prayers go out his family.
