James Lanning

James Lanning, 50, died Tuesday, November 13, 2007 at Fleur Heights Care Center. Funeral services will be held at 2:30 p.m. Friday, November 16, 2007 at Hamilton’s Funeral Home, 605 Lyon St.
James was born May 24, 1957, the youngest of seven children to James, Sr. and Mary Lanning. He lived in the Des Moines area all of his life. James adored his mother, enjoyed fishing, listening to KGGO, collecting model cars, rocks and keys and watching football and NASCAR with his friends, Tom, Mike and George. He was a member of the Rainbow Center.
James is survived by a brother and three sisters. He was preceded in death by his parents and two brothers.
