Lois Lucinda Eamer
Des Moines
Lois Lucinda (Morgan) Eamer was born July 31, 1931 in Des Moines, Iowa to William Hershel and Loretta May (Beasley) Morgan. She married George Addison Eamer on August 14, 1959. Lois worked for the Southeast Polk School District as a bus driver prior to her retirement. She liked the outdoors and enjoyed fishing, camping, and hunting morel mushrooms. She also liked attending the races at the fairgrounds.
Lois passed away peacefully at her home surrounded by her family on Sunday, July 10, 2016 at the age of 84.
There will be a celebration of life at the Vineyard Church, 2332 Euclid Avenue, Des Moines beginning at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, July 16, 2016.
Lois is survived by her sons, Larry Eamer (Jan) and Randy Eamer, five grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren, her siblings, Doris Housley, Eldon Morgan (Verna), and Darlene Kruger, as well as numerous nieces, nephews, and other extended family.
She was preceded in death by her husband, George Addison Eamer and her siblings, Donald, Bill, Raymond, Bert, Lottie, and Dorothy.
