Douglas Lee Brower, Jr., 57, passed away on Saturday, July 9, 2016. He was born January 5, 1959 to Sharon Hobbs and Douglas Brower, Sr.
Doug was a free spirit, always on the go, traveling to places just to travel. He loved music, riding motorcycles and just enjoying the countryside. He will be greatly missed by his dogs, Jack and Jake (his boys.)
Doug is survived by his daughter, Angela Leonetti-Shiber and her children, Brandon and Bailey; daughter, Jacqueline Brower; son, Douglas Brower III; step-daughter, Rochelle Patterson and her son, Jaydee Scott Hyde; and his sister, Tammy Brower.
He was preceded in death by his parents; brother, Terry Dunsmore; and nephew, James Brian Harryman, Jr.
A memorial service will be held on Monday, July 25, 2016. Inurnment will occur at Iowa Veterans Cemetery in Van Meter, Iowa.

Doug I am so glad you are free now and not suffering anymore. I am also very grateful we had the chance to talk before your passing. Please know your children know what your final wishes were and they will be carried out!!
