John Edward Fuller, 73, passed away on July 9th, 2016. He was born November 23, 1942 to Richard Fuller and Alberta Newcomer.

John graduated from Atlanta High School in 1962, and worked at HyVee in Altoona. He loved old westerns, rooting for the Cubs, coaching ball, and spending time with his family.

John is survived by his wife of fifty years, Rea Fuller; his children, Eddie Fuller, Tammy Fuller Worthington, and Tony Fuller; his brother Lester Newcomer; and many grandchildren. John was preceded in death by his son John “Curtis” Fuller; his brothers Russell Fuller, and Mike Taylor; and his sister Vicky Stretch.

Funeral services will be held at 12:00 p.m. on Friday, July 15th, 2016 at Hamilton’s Altoona Funeral Home, located at 105 4th St SW, Altoona, IA 50009. The family will receive visitors on the Thursday evening prior from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the same location.
