Our deepest sympathies and condolences to the whole family on the passing of Steve. I always liked Steve and saw him as a larger than life figure, in large part due to his sacrifices during the course of his service to our country with the Rangers, and his commanding presence. I love your whole family, and regretfully will not be able to attend the service due to work.

To the family and friends of Steve my deepest sympathy. Steve was a good friend. I met Steve at CHLC and when he became ill I would send him funny cards. May he now rest in peace.Roberta (Bobbie) Nelson

Steve, you old dog! If I told people the things we did I'd probably be denied to your visitation. I'll miss you my friend...

Carl "Steve" Jaeger was a fraternity brother. He was a proud member of the Iowa Beta chapter of Sigma Alpha Epsilon.
I am so saddened to learn of his passing. He was a True Gentleman and wonderful guy. Over the last few years, he was a strong supporter of the fraternity and a great friend.
Rest in Peace, Steve. Phi Alpha!
