Kenneth Wilson, 76, was born December 29, 1939 in Polk City, Iowa and passed away Friday, June 10, 2016 peacefully at his home. Kenneth is survived by his children, Terri (Bob) West, Brian (Val) Wilson, and Kim (Marty) Floyd; 11 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.

Kenneth is preceded in death by his parents, Kenneth and Violet Wilson, and his sisters, Dorothy and Arlene.

Kenneth retired as a machinist from John Deere in 1992 and is a Navy veteran. He enjoyed racing stock cars, camping, fishing, and spending time with family.

There will be a Celebration of Life Tuesday, June 14, 2016 from 5-8 p.m. at the VFW Post 9662, 1309 NE 66th , Des Moines.
