RaeLeah Moore
June 04, 2016
RaeLeah Moore was carried softly by an angel and placed into Heaven on Saturday, June 4, 2016. She was born to Rachel Coleman and Cory Moore on April 13, 2016. Although her stay here was brief her little life will be forever missed and she will always be remembered. Our time together was a couple of weeks and we endured many long nights. In Dr. Turek’s words, “she was small but mighty”.
Besides her mommy and daddy, she leaves behind her big sister, Ramiah Moore; grandpa, Byron; grandma, Evon; grandpa, Roy; grandma, Jennifer; aunts, Heather and Latoshia; uncles, Marc, Dan, Brandon, Caley, Casey, De’Shawn, Coby and De’Andre; and many more family members.
She was greeted in Heaven by her great-grandpa, Melvin Moore; great-grandma & great-grandpa Johnson; great-grandpa Coleman; grandma Dorothy Gladden Moore; and aunt Pamela Patton.
Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, June 11, 2016 at Hamilton’s Southtown Funeral Home, 5400 SW 9th Street. Family will greet friends on Friday, June 10, 2016 from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home. She will be laid to rest at the Carlisle Cemetery.
Memorials may be directed to her family.

I too have felt the pain of loosing an infant. My grandson of 10 months died in my arms. I will not tell you, "I know how you feel" because everyone's experience is different , but I do pray for comfort and peace.
