Bradley “Brad” Langford, 33, passed away on Thursday, May 12, 2016 at his home in Des Moines after a courageous battle of Juvenile Diabetes since the age of nine. He was born on October 2, 1982 in Des Moines, Iowa. Brad graduated from East High School class of 2003. His work included drywall and lawn care. Brad enjoyed being outdoors, spending time with his dog, Chaos, reading, watching movies, and fan of the New England Patriots. He will be remembered as a kind, giving person who always put others before himself.

Brad is survived by his mother, Evelyn (Ron) Harrison; father, Paul Langford; siblings, Mike Langford and Michelle (Dave) Easter; niece and nephews, Austin, Emma Rose, and Tyler Easter; and paternal grandmother, Carol Hershey.

He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Rose and Richard Turnquist; and paternal grandfather, Dennis Langford.

Visitation will be held from 5 to 7 p.m., Thursday, May 19, 2016 at Hamilton’s Funeral Home, 605 Lyon Street, Des Moines followed by a funeral service at 7 p.m.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be directed to the family in loving memory of Brad.
