Ofelia Juarez Morales born on April 21, 1959 died on April 15, 2016. Visitation will be held from 5 to 8 p.m. Sunday, April 24, 2016 at Hamilton’s Funeral Home, 605 Lyon Street, Des Moines. Funeral services will be held at 7 p.m., Monday, April 25, 2016 at Trinity United Methodist Church, 1548 8th St. in Des Moines.

She is survived by her husband, Nabor Perez Lorenzano; four children, Marcos Aguirre Juarez, Carlos Pacheco Juarez, Adrian Pacheco Juarez, Rosalva (Guerrero) Pacheco Juarez, sixteen grandchildren, Melissa Aguirre, Jose Aguirre, Elizabeth Aguirre, Marcos Aguirre, Marissa Marie Pacheco, Carlos Pacheco, Jr., Melissa Sarahi Pacheco, Julian Dominic Pacheco, Adrian Antonio Pacheco, Jonathan Adrian Pacheco, Estefania Pacheco, Brian Pacheco, David Ricardo Guerrero, and Cesar Abraham Guerrero; adopted daughter, Magaly Rosario; adopted son’s, Rafael Perez, and Esteban Sorcia; and two grandsons, Ricardo Lopez and Jen Carlos Lata.
