John Joseph Marasco born February 27, 1971 in Des Moines passed away April 15, 2015 at the age of 45.
A private memorial service will be held at a later date.
Memorial contributions may be directed to the Animal Rescue League in loving memory of John.

I was very saddened to hear about John's passing. It has been decades since I have seen him when we were growing up on SW 17th. Big smile and that long blond hair flopping around. There was a lot of love in that family. Jim, Janet, and Jamie are in my prayers

My deepest condolences to Jim and his family for the loss of this nice, young man. I only knew John for a few years, but enjoyed his visits. Your little pets will miss you but you will get to visit them at Rainbow Bridge, now, and enjoy them forever. I wish we had known your pain and been able to been of some comfort.

I had a couple classes with John in high school. He had the biggest personality , I really enjoyed our conversation's, well actually our " getting scolded" by the teacher for laughing and talking too much. He will b missed ,so sorry for your loss.
