My condolences to her family up there in Iowa. I'm so grateful to have gotten to meet my aunt Norma. It was amazing how much she reminded me of my dad (HJ/Jake) in the way she talked, laughed, and smiled. It was like looking into my dads eyes again after I'd lost him. It was really a joy just to be in her presence. For the short time I was, she will be missed and not forgotten. Rest in peace Aunt Norma, heaven is getting another sweet angel.

Our love and prayers are being sent your way. There are no words we can say that would ease your pain. But knowing her and her brothers and sisters and mom and dad are all together again the chain has been mended. They all will be together again walking down those golden streets and being held in our heavenly fathers arms behind those
pearly gates it will be wonderful pain free. God bless you all

My last year of High School. Norma Snyder pulled me aside. She put her hand on my arm, and looked at me with those eyes that were always smiling.. She said something that i will never forget. She said, "This school is really going to miss your personality." I don't know why that touched me so much. Shouldn't have been a big deal, but it was. She said it with such warmth, and sincerity. Sincerity and genuine warmth are such great qualities. It's rare. It's sad that it's so rare in todays self absorbed world of social media and the fast pace of life we live in... Not only was she the only one that said anything like that to me that year, she meant it.. Maybe that's why its a vivid memory, and why it impacted me. I didn't see her for many many years until i saw her at a party 3 years ago. She was older, more frail, more dependent on others... But her eyes still smiled. She said it was nice to see me. And i knew she meant, it was sincere, and my heart was touched again... She had the spiritual gift of sincerity.. The world will be a little dimmer without Norma Snyders light shining and her smiling eyes. RIP forever and thank you for touching my life.
