Constantino Ayala, age 37, passed away peacefully surrounded by his family Tuesday, April 12, 2016, at Iowa Methodist Medical Center.
Constantino was born August 15, 1978 in Des Moines, Iowa. He is survived by his parents, Stephanie Hernandez and Michael Ayala; children, Roman, Nicholas, and Gage Ayala; his siblings, Adam, Megan, and Lindsey Ayala; as well as many other extended family and friends.
Visitation will be held at Hamilton’s Funeral Home, 605 Lyon Street, Des Moines, from 5:00 to 7:30 p.m., Friday, April 15, 2016, with a Prayer Vigil at 7:30 p.m. Funeral services will begin at 9:00 a.m., Saturday, April 16, 2016 at Our Lady of the Americas, 1271 E 9th Street, Des Moines, with burial at Resthaven Cemetery.
Memorial contributions may be directed to the family.

Tino...my man, my forever " Bash Brother " and now Heaven's newest " All - Star ".
I would give the world to go back and play ball with you one more time but I know our lord had bigger plans for you.
I will always love and miss you and will do everything I personally can to make sure your son's know how important you were to all of us.
Thank you for having me in your life brother.....it wouldn't have been the same without you.
See you on the flipside man...save me a bat, and some gloves!

you will be missed by many. I will make sure to check on your mom frequently for you. You always made me laugh and lit up the room with your smile! I hope you are truly resting at peace.
