Levi David Voss

Levi David Voss, 4, passed away March 26, 2016. Services will be held Thursday, March 31, 2016 at 6:30 p.m. at Valley Church, 4343 Fuller Road in West Des Moines, IA. Family will greet friends following the service.

Levi was born April 1, 2011 and was blessed with a delightful and sunny disposition. He always started the day with “Good Morning, did you have a nice sleep?” and always greeted everyone with a hello and goodbye. His favorite colors were every color in the rainbow, he loved his dog, Parker, the good guy Superheros, and Sponge Bob. He attended Des Moines Christian Preschool where he loved his friends, and his teacher, Cloudy Namanny. Levi was a member of Waukee Community Church and Sunday school. He loved everyone he met and started conversations with strangers with, “Oh, hi there.” He aspired to be a garbage man, and would wave at them in their trucks until they honked at him.

His memory will be treasured by his parents, Cheryl and Robert Voss; sisters, Emilie Bannor, Lennon Voss, Stephanie (Ish) Martinez, and Kayleigh Thomas; grandparents, Bob and Cathie Fay, Illa Rae (Stan) Rice, David (Karen) Voss; and many aunts, uncles and cousins.
