Jerry Frome

Jerry Frome, 74, passed away Friday, March 4, 2016. He was born February 10, 1942 to Alfonzo and Neva (Crispin) Frome in Des Moines, Iowa.

He was enlisted in the U.S. Marine Corps from 1961 to 1967. He worked for Meredith printing until his retirement. Later in life Jerry lived at the Iowa Veterans Home in Marshalltown where he was well loved and known.

He is survived by his son, Stephen (Finnigan); nieces, Teresa Frome and Elizabeth Frome-Barnes; two great-nieces and one great nephew. Jerry was preceded in death by his parents; brother, James Robert Frome; and niece, Jennise Thummel.

Graveside Committal will be held at 11:00 a.m., Tuesday, March 15, 2016 at the Iowa Veterans Cemetery in Van Meter.
