Steven Sibert, 54, passed away Thursday, March 3, 2016. He was born on March 27, 1961 in Des Moines, Iowa.

Steven was an avid Iowa Hawks and Minnesota Vikings fan and loved family get togethers. He enjoyed cooking and watching Sci-fi shows especially How It’s Made. Above all, he cherished spending time with family and friends.

He is survived by his mom, Marie Wilson; brother, Scott (Shantyl) Sibert, Rodger Sibert, and Jeff (Debbie) Brooks; sisters, Julia Sibert and Ellen Sibert; wife, Teresa Ira; step-children, Nick Ira and Robert “Bob” Ira; and nieces and nephews, Jennifer Sibert, Harrlie Elam, Tayler Sibert, Jamie Sibert, Samantha Sibert, Brian Salyers, Jessica Salyers, Jeffrey Brooks, Tressa Oetker, Gantry Wittmaier, Brittany Sibert, and Clarissa Sibert.

Steven was preceded in death by his step-dad, James Wilson.
