Celia "Sis/Cindy" Allen

February 3, 2016 – February 24, 2016

Although her time was short, Celia lit up the world of those around her. She will be remembered for her feisty, yet gentle personality and her soft, loving deep blue eyes. Sweet Celia’s innocent soul taught us the depth of unconditional, eternal love. She will forever be missed.

Celia is survived by her parents, Mitch and Jill Allen, as well as her grandparents, Dan and Bonnie Wagaman (Dysart, IA), Dennis and Lynda McMillen (Omaha, NE) and Jeff and Mikki Allen (Omaha, NE) and great-grandparents, Bill Metz (Cedar Rapids, IA), Don and Elsye Wagaman (Weatherford, TX), Elgin and Gertrude Allen (Algona, IA), and Jerry and JoAnne Wegler (Red Oak, IA). Celia was preceded in death by her great-grandmother, Shirley Metz.
