Larry Black, 67, passed away Wednesday, February 17, 2016. He was born on May 12, 1948.

He is survived by his sister, Carolyn Royce of Des Moines; brother, Gary (Kristi) Black of Pleasant Hill; many nieces and nephews; and other family and friends.

Larry was preceded in death by his parents, Harold and Lillian Black; and brother, Bud Black.

Funeral services will be held at 2:30 p.m. on Monday, February 22, 2016, at Hamilton’s Funeral Home, 605 Lyon Street in Des Moines. Burial will follow the service at Rising Sun Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be directed to the family in loving memory of Larry.
