Robin “Bubba” Hafenbrack, 59, died Tuesday, February 16, 2016 at his home in Des Moines. There will be a memorial visitation from 1:00 to 3:00 p.m. Sunday, February 21st at Hamilton’s Funeral Home, 605 Lyon Street, Des Moines.

Bubba was born June 23, 1956 in Des Moines, Iowa. He was a member of Roofers Local 142 for over 30 years before retiring from Wood Roofing. He was preceded in death by his parents, Robert Hafenbrack and Ann From; siblings, Gene Schwartzman, Nancy Lau and Judy Quaid; and grandson, Brandon Hafenbrack, Jr. Bubba is survived by his sons, Brandon (Sarah) Hafenbrack and Tyler Hafenbrack; brothers, Michael Hafenbrack and Wayne Schwartzman; sisters, Darlene Nordmeyer and Linda Bartelt; four grandchildren; a great-grandchild; and several nieces and nephews.
