Gladys Vea Busick, 61, passed away Sunday, February 14, 2016 at Iowa Methodist Medical Center.
A celebration of life will be held at 11:00 a.m. Thursday, February 18, 2016 at Norwoodville Baptist Church, 4690 NE 29th Street, Des Moines.
Glady was born September 19, 1954 in Des Moines, Iowa to Earl and Mary Powell. She is survived by her children, Misty (Rich) DeReus and Joe (Sara) Busick; grandchildren, Agnes, Nick, Samantha, Emma, and Hudson; and her siblings, EJ Powell and Mabel (Ted) Fisher.
Glady was preceded in death by her parents and brothers, Jack and Andy.
