One of my fun memories growing up at First Church in Des Moines was Boni playing on one the women's church basketball teams with my mother, Lori. Boni and her immediate family were great friends to the Conns. So sorry to hear of her passing.

So sorry we cannot attend Boni's memorial. We are away for an extended time. It was a joy to have been her pastor. Whatever she did, she did with all her might, even when times were tough. Your mom and grandma has prayed many, many prayers for you, and they are stored up by the Lord. May you be comforted by God and by your remembrance of a wonderful woman who loved Jesus first and you as well.
