Helen K. Lankus

Helen K. Lankus, 97, passed away Friday, January 22, 2016 at Mercy Hospice Johnston.

She attended Iowa State University.

Helen is preceded in death by her husband Alfred Lankus and is survived by her son, Greg (Jane von Harz) Lankus.

There will be a private family burial at a later date, at the Iowa Veteran Cemetery.

Greg, I met your Mom at Arbor Springs. She was a friend to my Mom, Virginia Hermanson, Helen was a kind and friendly lady. She had a beautiful smile and always shared it with me when I greeted her. My sympathy to you. Barbara
