Rose Marie Wilson

Rose Marie Wilson, 74, passed away peacefully on Friday, January 22, 2016, at Taylor House Hospice. Rose was born August 24, 1941, in Des Moines to Russle and Daisy Hobbs. She worked at Tops Lounge for 20 years as a bartender. She loved playing Bingo at Park Fair Mall and spending time with her family.

Rose is survived by her children, Sammy (Stacy) Conn, Booker (Jolene) Jones, Nimrode Burkette, and Nancette Carter; numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren; brothers, Elmer, Victor, and Anthony Buford.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Wilson; her daughter, Tina Marie Conn; and her parents, Russle and Daisy Hobbs.
