Edris Williams, 82, passed away surrounded by her family on Saturday, January 9, 2016, at Perry Lutheran Home. She was born on April 7, 1933 in Springview, Nebraska.
She is survived by her daughters, Pam (Roman) Luna and Lori Cason; grandchildren, Roman J.R. (Connie Lamont) Luna, Richelle (Terry) Seitz, Nick Luna, and John Walton; 13 great-grandchildren; sisters, Muriel Graham and Karen Zwiebel; and brother, Frank (Myra) Williams III; and her close friends, Sherrie Van Sickle and David Nelson.
Edris was preceded in death by her parents, Frank and Amelia (Hastings) Williams, II; brother, Marvin Williams; daughter, Debbie Chapman; and grandson, Tyler Luna.
Visitation will be held from 12:30 to 2:30 p.m., with a funeral service at 2:30 p.m., Wednesday, January 13, 2016 at Hamilton’s Funeral Home, 605 Lyon Street, Des Moines, Iowa. Burial to follow at Pine Hill Cemetery.

Lori, my deepest sympathy to you and your family for the loss of your mother. Although it has been many years since we worked together, I still remember you talking so lovingly about your mom. I know she was a major part of your life. Prayers are with you, my friend.
