Though too many years have gone by, Renate was a like a sister that I never had. It wasn't until recently when I had found out where she was, and as I was planning on visiting time slipped away. She, I know, is with the angels in heaven looking down. She touched many lives, and as a young kid she touched mine. She will always be in my memories, and may she rest peacefully continuing to touch lives in Heaven.

The members and staff of Passageway were very saddened to hear of Renate's passing. While we hadn't seen her at Passageway in a few years, she is fondly remembered by many members and staff. She was a valued part of our community for a long time, and she will be missed.

We were very sorry to hear of our dear friend, Renate, passing. She was our friend since our boys were little. She was kind, helpful, and loved children. We loved to play Skipbo while doing laundry on Saturdays. She was like another sister to us. She will be dearly missed by all and I know that Jesus' arms are firmly around her. We love you Renate. We love you Michelle and family.
