Lena Yori

Lena M. Yori, 95, passed away Saturday, October 27, 2007, at Mercy Hospice in Johnston. Lena was born on October 6, 1912 in Berwick, Iowa.
Lena was a member of the Vittoria Lodge Auxiliary and the Visitation Catholic Church.

She is survived by her two sons Wayne (Loretta) Yori of Des Moines and John (Nancyann) Yori of Granger, nine grand children and numerous great-grandchildren and great-great grandchildren. Lena was preceded in death by her husband, Amos E. Yori.
Funeral services for Lena will be held 1:00 p.m. Wednesday, October 31, 2007, at Hamilton’s near Highland Memory Gardens, 121 NW 60th Ave., Des Moines. Visitation will be 5 – 7 p.m. with a Rosary Service 7 p.m., Tuesday, October 30, 2007 at the funeral home.
