Patricia Charter

Patricia Louise (Grimm) Charter was born November 13, 1929 in Des Moines, Iowa, the daughter of Osborn T. and Opal May (Turner) Grimm. She passed away Monday, January 4, 2016 at Parkridge Specialty Care in Pleasant Hill at the age of 86.

Funeral service will begin at 11:00 a.m., Saturday, January 9, 2016 at Hamilton’s Funeral Home, 605 Lyon Street, Des Moines. Interment will follow at Laurel Hill Cemetery.

Patricia was a graduate of East High School and prior to retirement, worked in an administrative position at Pioneer.

She is survived by her children, Mark (Allice) Reynolds, Debra Reynolds, and Neal (Terri) Charter; sisters, Jackie (Richard) Anderson and Julie Risius; daughters-in-law, Joanne Reynolds and Denise Charter; ten grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren; and one great-great-granddaughter.

Patricia was preceded in death by her sons, Gary Reynolds, Sr. and Scott Charter.
