So sorry for your loss. I worked with Lynette downtown at the plant for about a year, when we both moved on to different positions with the USPS. Always enjoyed talking to her when I would call Des Moines. She will be greatly missed.

Lynette bravely endured what had to be borne with her health issues and you had to watch this with an ache in your heart. But when God called she was ready to journey to her heavenly home where the joy bells ring. You may be sad for a day, a season or a lifetime but her memory lives on in your heart. Carry it with you as you find peace and comfort through Jesus Christ.

Even though we knew each other years ago i was glad to reconnect and chat with you these last couple months. When it comes to cancer we're all family. I prayed that you would beat this but God had a plan for you. I will pray for your family that they support each other in this time of loss. R.I.P. Lynette

Two things I always admired about Lynnette; Her deep love of family & her resolute faith. Perhaps that's why we connected when I worked with her on the truck terminal and had the privilege of her friendship. Hopefully, this will offer a small amount of comfort for her loved ones. She was one of a kind. <3
