Gladys Gold

Gladys Marie Gold, 90, passed away Saturday, November 25 at Regency Care Center in Norwalk. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday, at the Norwalk Christian Church. Visitation will be held from 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday, at Hamilton's Southtown Funeral Home.
Gladys was born December 6, 1915 in Peru, Illinois to Ella and David Berg. She worked for more then 25 years at Sears as a salesperson. Gladys loved being with her family and treasured the times they had together.
She is survived by her sons, Raymond (Irene) Gold of Urbandale and Ronald (Kathryn) Gold of Ocala, FL; her grandchildren, Wade, Ryan, Heidi, Ronnie and Cary. Her great grandchildren, Carter, Henry, Sam, Colin, Olivia, Maggie, Carter Ray and Ellissa. Gladys was preceded in death by her husband, Clifford and her sister, Gale Blagg.
