Robert Van Dyke, 74, passed away on Tuesday, December 15, 2015 at Taylor House Hospice in Des Moines. He was born June 23, 1941 to Charles and Margaret Van Dyke in Bagley, Minnesota. Robert enjoyed watching western movies, shooting pool, and spending time with his family.

Robert is survived by his loving wife, Bobbie; sons, Robert Van Dyke, Jr. and David Van Dyke; daughters, Tammy (Tony), Robin, and Brenda Van Dyke; 28 grandchildren; 27 great-grandchildren; brothers, Charles and Jerry Van Dyke; and sister, Judy Irwin.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m., Saturday, December 19, 2015 at Hamilton’s Funeral Home, 605 Lyon Street in Des Moines. Family will greet family and friends one hour prior to services.
