Service Details
Ronald Steven Davis, 75, passed away December 14, 2015 in Madrid, Iowa. There will be a memorial service held at 1:00 p.m., Saturday, December 19, 2015 at Calvary Open Bible Church, 710 N. Court Street in Ottumwa, Iowa. Burial will be at Memorial Lawn Cemetery.
Ronald was a humble man. He was very dedicated to his church, Calvary Open Bible, where he worshiped for many years. Ronald most recently worked at the Ottumwa Public Library.
He will be greatly missed by his brothers, H. Phil Davis (Sandi) and Leonard Davis (Marcia); and eight nieces and nephews. Ronald was preceded in death by his parents Luther and Glenna Davis, and sister, Clara Ekwall.

Ron worked at the Ottumwa Public Library and was such a wonderful employee. He was always nice to everyone showing his true Christian spirit. My thoughts are with you at this time.

We had the privilege of knowing Ron for several years and we enjoyed him very much. He always tried to make us laugh with a fresh joke or funny story.
Even in his later years he was always the first one to find a scripture when dong a Bible Study. He will be missed and often fondly remembered
