Heather Belieu, 31, was taken from this life much too soon on Monday, November 30, 2015 along with her fiancée, Bryon Howard. She was born January 21, 1984 in Des Moines. Heather was a caring, good hearted person who loved her children and being a mother.
Heather is survived by her mother, Deanna Dunn; father, Michael Belieu; children, Devin, Logan, Peyton Rene, and Brylee, and her fiancée’s daughter, Elizabeth; siblings, Ryan, Sasha, Alijah, and Mickey; grandparents, LeeAnna (Ronald) Waldo and Janet Belieu; and a host of extended family and friends.
She was preceded in death by her grandfathers, Harold Dennis Root and Harold R. Belieu; and niece, Katelyn Belieu.
Services will be held at Hamilton’s near Highland Memory Gardens, 121 NW 60th Ave in Des Moines. Visitation will be held from 6 to 8 p.m., Friday, December 4, 2015. Funeral service will take place at 1 p.m., Saturday, December 5, 2015.
Memorial contributions may be directed to the family for future needs of the children in Heather’s loving memory.

Mike and the rest of the family..
I'm so sorry saddened an angry for all of you. This should not be happening. We have known each other for quite sometime and I remember heather clearly as I watched her and Ryan grow up. My prayers go out to you and your families in hopes you find some kind of comfort to guide you through this difficult time. Love you guys.

To the family and loved ones my deepest smypatby goes out to u all i new heather when jody and your dad was takeing care of all of u heather was kind careing lovable she was a great momma and to her fiance a daughter to deanna dunn and to her sisters and brother she loved all her family and a daughter to her dax and a daughtef to jody and many more tricia vesstials and bubba vesstials she was way to young to be taken from all of us rest in peace baby girl u will be truly missed but never forgotton your in our heart and memories tbe angels are watching ovef u till wd meet again??????????????

My heart is beyond heavy hearing of this tragic loss to so many. My dear friend Heather it doesn't seem so long ago that you and I were joined at the hip. We did everything together . Me, you, Joe, Tony, Ryan, and Steve that was our little family and if I could have frozen any moments in time it would be those days . Life was so easy and we had so much fun. I will cherish the memories of all of us hanging out and of course getting in to a little trouble. We were together from the time the day began until whenever we decided to end it. I am so full of regret that especially you and I drifted apart you were my best friend and I hate that we never found our way back to each other. I thought about you often and wish that I would have made more of an attempt to contact you and now I will never have the opportunity. So until we meet again you will live in my memory as you were those years we had some of the best times of our life. Your gone but definitely not forgotten and will live on in our hearts. My thoughts and prayers go out to your children and your family.

I did not know Heather, I did know her grandparents and because of that I believe she was a very caring and loving person. She was a beautiful young lady, and will be missed by all I'm sure. This was a very tragic and uncalled for incident, my heart goes out to all of you especially those children. God Bless
