Dan Reeves

Daniel Webster Reeves, Jr. left us on October 24, 2007 to be a servant of God in heaven as he was on earth.
Funeral services will be held at 2:30 p.m. Monday, October 29, 2007 at Hickman Rd. Church of Christ, 5217 Hickman Rd. Visitation will be held from 12 to 2 p.m. Monday at the church.
Dan was a member of the Hickman Rd. Church of Christ for 45 years and an Elder for more than 20 years. He was born February 17, 1934 to Daniel W. Sr. and Ninnie (Colosy) Reeves in Des Moines. Dan graduated from East High in 1952, was an Eagle Scout, served 13 years in the Air Force National Guard, was a journeyman carpenter, a member of Local #106 and was an engineer for Northwestern Bell for 30 years.
Dan is survived by his loving wife of 54 years, Jan; daughter, Cathy Reeves Dunn and her husband Bruce; sons, Daniel James and John Andrew Reeves; grandchildren, Kaitlan, Connor, Garrison and Landon Reeves and Robert and Angela Conn; brothers, Charles, Donald and Tommy Reeves.
