Donna Streeter

Donna R. Streeter, 70, was born February 20, 1945, to Andrew and Arline Townsend in Des Moines. She passed away at Taylor House on November 3, 2015.

Donna attended Altoona High School and graduated from University of Northern Iowa. She was a longtime and active member of Rising Sun Church of Christ. Donna loved spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren.

Donna is survived by her children, Cindy (Kent) Efnor and Brian (Angela) Streeter; grandchildren, Tyler, Brooke, Collin, Jayson, Kaili, Katie, and Kacie; her brother, Don (Darlene) Townsend; and a host of other family and beloved friends. She was preceded in death by her parents.

Services will be held at 11:00 a.m., Saturday, November 7, 2015, at Rising Sun Church of Christ, 6390 NE Rising Sun Drive, Pleasant Hill, with burial to follow at Altoona Cemetery. The family will receive visitors Friday evening from 5 to 7 p.m., at Hamilton’s Altoona Funeral Home, 105 4th Street SW, Altoona.
