So glad I had an opportunity to visit with Chuck at Art In The Park last month. His creative talent and drive to brighten up the Southside will surely be missed. I hope someone will rise to the occasion to continue that effort. It is sorely needed and you will be missed. RIP

Chuck and I lived next door to one another the whole time we were growing up. My sister married his brother, so we were like family. I have been reflecting on those days with a smile. Rest in Peace.
