Ralph W. Huff, 78, passed away on September 6, 2015 in Des Moines. He was born March 21, 1937 in Des Moines to Earl and Mary (Smith) Huff.
Ralph was a pastor for over 30 years in Des Moines.
He is survived by his loving wife of over 53 years, Joyce; children, Chuck (Melissa) Huff, Suzanne (Brian) Campbell, Robin Oliver and Matt Huff; many beloved grandchildren and great-grandchildren; sister, Mary Ann (Fred) Daniels; and numerous relatives and friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Memorial services will be held at 11:00 AM on Thursday, September 10, 2015 at Hamilton’s Funeral Home, 605 Lyon St., Des Moines.

From 1255 Des Moines St, Bethel Tabernacle to 1117 E 12th St, River of Life Assembly, swoosh! how time flies. We met Ralph as teenagers at the former and talked to him several years ago at the latter while plowing snow at River of Life where my grandparent's (former pastors themselves) were members. To be a pastor to other pastors is a special thing and you were truly a blessing to them. Although we did not know you guys that well, we admired you from a distance you might say. When you know there are folks living out their faith it makes it easier to walk out ours. Thank you. We are truly sorry for your loss and look forward to seeing Pastor (Ralph) Huff in Heaven. Remember the past and cherish your memories.

He was a wonderful man! Love him very much. He will be missed. I have known him all my life since I was a little girl. He was a really good friend of me and my family. Now he is up in heaven with my grandpa and grandma where I will go someday and he is in no more pain, sickness, suffering or in and out of the hospital anymore. He was also a great pastor and loved the Lord! RIP.

Ralph was a wonderful person my dad bud warren would never miss church he loved Ralph's services every Sunday and Joyce's to we went with my dad' for awhile Matt and Joyce and rest of family our prays and thoughts are with you
