Norma and I worked in the same office at the Department of Human Services. She was caring, very helpful to staff and had a big smile for everyone. Sincere sympathies to her family.

I knew Norma from her employment at DHS. People can become negatively affected working there but I don't think Norma ever did. I always respected Norma because she was a good and honest person among other things. She also had a pretty good sense of humor. In her own individual way she helped make the world and those she came into contact with, better. I am not sure we can ask for anything more. I will miss her and I offer my sympathy to her family.
