My deepest sympathy goes out to the family of Mrs. Smith in the loss of your loved one. During this difficult time, the Bible can be a source of immense comfort. Scriptures such as Isaiah 33:24, Psalms 119:50, 76 and Revelation 21:4 can be very comforting during your grieving period. Also, the provision of an earthly resurrection is faith-strengthening. I am sad to learn of Peggy's passing but at the same time happy for her as she has gone on to a wonderful place to be with family and friends that have passed before her.
One of my fondest memories of her is the times she and my mother, Ardith Sheets Law, put makeup and beards on men in the wee hours of the morning before they performed in church plays.
I wish that I could attend her services but I am unable to due to my work schedule. She was a wonderful woman and will be greatly missed. I offer my sincerest condolences to her family.
