Beverly June Hayner, 77, passed away Tuesday, June 9, 2015 at Fleur Heights Care Center. Beverly was born December 20, 1937 in Des Moines. She was a lifelong resident of the Des Moines area. She worked various jobs, retiring from EDS in 2007. Beverly was an animal lover, especially enjoying dogs and birds. She like going to the movies, traveling, and escaping on vacation. Beverly was a member of Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses.

She is survived by her children, Tammy McDonnell, Mark (Evelyn) Baxter, Mike (Louann) Baxter, Gary (Tina) Baxter, Robin (Rod) Jorgensen, and John Baxter; brother, Jim Larson, 18 grandchildren, 18 great-grandchildren, three step-sons, and a host of extended family and friends.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Gerald.

Services will be held Saturday, June 13, 2015 at Hamilton’s Funeral Home, 605 Lyon Street, Des Moines. Visitation will be from 9:00 to 10:00 a.m. followed by funeral service at 10:00 a.m. Interment will take place at Resthaven Cemetery, West Des Moines.
