Service Details

Jameson Gregory Dorrian, infant son of Jordan and Kaitlyn Dorrian, passed away on June 4, 2015. Jameson came into the world on May 17th, 2015 weighing 6lbs 13oz and 19 inches long. He was our miracle baby. Jame was diagnosed with Trisomy 13 at 20 weeks gestation. Doctors told us he would most likely miscarry, but if he did make it to term, he would likely pass right away due to his condition and only 5% live past that. So, they told us we could have him early if we wanted. As a family, we decided to continue on with the pregnancy and put our sweet boy in God's hands. People from all over the country heard the story about our Jameson, so they began to pray. And God did not disappoint.

Our amazing, sweet baby Jame lived 19 days. We gave him enough love for a lifetime and that's all he ever knew. He brought so much joy into our lives and the lives of many others. For only being 19 days old he taught us what the true meaning of life is. We were honored and blessed to be Jameson's parents and we wouldn't trade it for the world. We will never forget the days we were privileged to spend with him and the special nights we spent cuddling with him. Each day we would wake up so excited and happy that he was here and part of our lives! We were blessed with many wonderful memories. Daddy liked to call him his "little pissed off Irishman." We loved his sweet little cry and the way he would look towards us when we talked to him. God gave him such a sweet soul. We had the gift of being with our son when he took his very first and very last breath. Jameson left us peacefully after getting his pictures taken, as if it was meant to be. He wanted us to have those to remember him by. Our baby boy joined the Lord and loved ones in heaven on June 4th, 2015. We love you through and through, yesterday, today and tomorrow, too.

Jameson is survived by his parents, Jordan and Kaitlyn Dorrian; sister, Joselyn; paternal grandparents, Shannon and Dave Dorrian; maternal grandparents, Kim and Greg Woodley; paternal great-grandparents, John Pat and Carolyn Dorrian, and Claudia and George Briley; maternal great-grandmother, Madonna Woodley; aunts and uncles, Amber Dorrian, Breck Briley, and Rick Woodley; godparents, Ashley and Casey Randel; godfather, Phillip Tieu; and a host of other relatives. He was preceded in death by his great-grandparents, Madonna Leatherby, Ed and Sue Buffington, Gary Woodley, and Marla Woodley; and many other close family members who are not forgotten.
