Marjorie Brown
October 05, 2007
On October 5, 2007, our Lord called our mother, Margie Brown home after many years of living in pain due to several illnesses. God said it was time for her to be in His Kingdom where there is no pain or suffering.
A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday, October 9, 2007 at Hamilton’s Funeral Home, 605 Lyon St. with inurnment at Resthaven Cemetery.
Margie was the greatest mom, wife and friend you’d ever know. She loved to dance, camp, travel and spend time with her family, especially her grandchildren. Her greatest gift was her love of children. She was a daycare provider throughout her life. She had a special way with children and they loved their “Nana”
Margie was preceded in death by her husband, Ronald Brown and her parents, Ernest and Katherine Pichon. She is survived by her wonderful fiancé, Paul Butler; two children, Ronda (Steve) Ward and Daniel (Jamie) Brown; three grandchildren, Kayla and Olivia Ward and Blake Brown; two stepchildren; six step grandchildren; two sisters, Connie Kennedy and Erna Weiland and her brother, Bob Pichon.
She will be loved and missed forever by everyone who knew her. Now you and Daddy can dance forever while Gompi plays the music on his organ. Our hearts are with you Momma, save a place for us!
Memorial contributions may be directed to the family.
